The corresponding P(s) curves of CCLE-simulated Hi-C contact maps are plotted as lines. Different colors represent different regions: yellow, 0.5–1.7 Mb of Chr 1; purple, 4.2–5.4 Mb of Chr 1; red, 0.2–1.4 Mb of Chr 2; green, 1.8–3.0 Mb of Chr 2; cyan, 1.2–2.4 Mb of Chr 3. The vertical gray dashed line indicates the maximum genomic separation displayed in the Hi-C comparison maps and ratio maps shown in Fig. 1
